The blind arrived with a small imperfection. However, the customer service was very fair and is sending me a replacement. I greatly appreciate them working with me to rectify and create a solution. Also the blind is great. It does exactly what I wanted it to do. It is gray (the color I chose) in the inside and white on the outside. The frame is white and blends in with the window frame. Given that this blind is for a closet window and was cut to perfection I will give it 5 Stars even with the imperfection. I ordered 2 more and will need more.Great product. Perfect fit. Only thing I would like is being able to choose color of frame. Having an odd shaped window and giving exact measurements to be customized was great.I love that I can have the blinds down at the top to bring in light but keeps privacy. These do let me lift them up at the bottom to look out when I want. They are well made and easy to install. I also had an issue with the delivery of one of the two I ordered and the company was amazing with their communication and swift response.I managed to get the lip of the clip into the frame and bent the clip. Coulld you send another clip??.. Reallly like the blinds.I bought the 5 gallon container and over the past few weeks have eliminated the rust on every garden tool and two sets of 50 year old inherited hand tools. If rust isn't removed overnight, just let it soak a little longer.
