I ordered three sets of these shades. Betty confirmed the measurements with me three times (and it's good she did because I had initially gotten the measurements wrong), and the shades came within two weeks. They are beyond easy to install. You just need a Phillips head screw bit. But best of all, they look beautiful. I paid around 700 for 3 rooms with shades (one very large shade in the kitchen). The shades are beautifully made, easy to install, and make my house look like it was designed by an interior designer. Thank you ArtdiX!We ordered these Roman shades for our windows at our Lakehouse. We wanted to block out the light at night and give the windows a pop of color when opened during the day. This did it. They were easy to install. They easily open and close!I prefer the metal (vs the white) pull cord as it has more weight and hangs nicer. But both are fine.Highly recommend this product!!We were unsure of sizes and these folks were super helpful all through the process!The shades are super easy to install, and they glide up and down flawlessly. They also work well to block out light, even the lighter colored shades. If there is one criticism I have it would be that I wish there were more color/design options.I was nervous about the color looking the same as it looks in the pictures. When it arrived it was exactly what I had hoped it would be.I had to send them a couple of messages about how to shorten up the cord correctly and I had an issue with one of the brackets. They were so fast to respond with pictures to help me out and sent me a bracket by fedx overnight. They were awesome to deal with and I will order another blind from them!Great Customer Service! Thank you for all your help!I keep buying shades from them... Over the last year and a half, I've done three rooms. Overall, I like these shades. Some came with white plastic pull chains and some came with silver (possibly metal) pull chains. I like the silver better... Sometimes some of them had little details that I didn't think were the greatest, but over all, I still really like them! I had an issue with the assembly of the tree print one and they were fast to respond and send out the replacements! Nice to work with.Love there quality and pattern. I ordered there swatches and not the shade because I wanted to know the quality prior to ordering it. I never end up ordering the panel from them because my partner did not like the roman shades and he won the battleLove it! The customer service was spot on. They suggested we enlarge the shade a few inches to make sure the window was covered properly. We did and at no extra charge! Quick response to all my questions. The picture is dark but the colors in the shade are vibrant. It really woke up our breakfast nook!I’m very happy with my blinds! They are made well and look as I was expecting. They arrived in a timely fashion and the company has good communication about your order to make sure they have the right measurements.We recently moved and had some other blinds installed by professional installers. When I ordered these blinds, I wish I'd done it for my whole home because it was more than 5X less expensive this way. The customer service from them is top notch, they asked to verify my measurements and tweeked it for me. They confirmed once I received them. Installation was super easy. Id recommend.Blinds are amazing, easy to install, great quality. Price is better than I would expect for a custom sized blind. They arrived within 2 weeks.. Colour was brownie grey. Material was cheap. Not able to return. Think twice
