I like the material and it was well made. The original contact was quick and very efficient. However, on a shade this small (24"x36") the pattern should have been centered. ? Texted them, with no response. So I guess I paid close to $100 for a shade that will bug me every time I walk in that room.The width of the shades were perfect and they are very easy to snap in and out of the brackets. My only issue is the main photo for the shades makes the design look gray, but it is really black. There was a mix-up with one of my shades, but the seller was able to send a replacement.Very pleased with the process. The seller was quick with responses, product was exactly as described, delivery was much quicker than anticipated (received almost one week earlier than the estimated delivery date). Installation was quick and easy. Instructions were very clear and even provided instructions for cleaning. Overall very pleased with the process and the blinds look great!Love the shadeMine came with a stain and I quickly contacted the company. They made a replacement and shipped it to me. Very friendly professional. I have ordered three different shades for various locations in my house and all are beautiful and fit perfectly!The shade has obvious quality control deficiencies there is markings within the fabric that is actually a 2 upside down and various other strokes throughout.. yes customer service got back to me promptly but with an offer of a small percentage reduction . Of course a flaw such as this is not acceptable as so will have to return at my costExtremely disappointingThey called me to verify and walk me through the measurements of my window and how I wanted it to hang. before they custom made the blinds. I'm glad they did because now it fits exactly the way I wanted.This Roman shade was installed over the kitchen sink. It looks just like the picture. The material was fully lined and a good weight.The stitching was very even and it was easy to install. The supplier contacted me directly with a suggestion to increase the size based on the measurements I provided. I’m very happy that they did as it fits perfectly! I would recommend this supplier!Very happy with this. Great communication with seller (they basically make these custom for you). Went up very easily by one person.
