I really appreciate how well it is made. I used to work for Smith and Noble and their prices are insane compared to your prices and I liked not being forced to have people in my home. The convenience is great.These initially came with stripes of a different color than advertised. It required a bit of back and forth and negotiation, but the seller ultimately replaced the shade with no cost. They are good quality, cut to correct width, and easy to install. Don't know about durability yet.Well made - easy to install - denim blue color stripe on cream. Very happy with my purchase.Love this roman shade. The texture of the fabric is amazing!! Installation took not even 2 minutes and it truly is black out! I know the pic of it closed doesn’t look like much but its actually really dark during the daytime! The customer service was amazing!! Im telling you, you cannot go wrong with these shades they are immaculate quality, and it upped the classiness of my room even higher than it was with regular drapes! Don’t second guess, get them! The excellent customer service sent me multiple brackets and if anymore break in the future I have them on hand.Original review: 2 minutes after installing a bracket broke. There is cheap flimsy plastic inside of the metal brackets. The plastic pull chain also feels flimsy and like it will easily break. Only thing that gives it 2 stars is the fabric is nice and they use metal instead of plastic on the loops for the strings on the back.I was disappointed as I ordered based on the fantastic reviews. Repeatedly saw in reviews that the company emails you to confirm and I never heard from them. They shipped directly to me from China. Which actually was fairly quick.These are advertised as being blackout shades, description shows the chart with categories of room darkening stating this is total blackout. IT'S NOT EVEN CLOSE. I'm a seamstress, I know what blackout material is... Luckily I still had the text number to them from previously texting regarding measurements. I said "This is not blackout!" They replied, "Yes we know, that material causes health issues, we're not allowed to use it." That's a total falsehood, there are NO documented reports, articles or medical studies remotely suggesting blackout material is unhealthy! I repeated this was NOT what I ordered and wanted a refund because "Now I have to purchase A DIFFERENT CUSTOM SHADE!" They offered me 20% discount! I said "NO, I want a refund." They offered me 50% discount! "NO, I HAVE TO BUY A NEW SHADE!" I reiterated it was a lovely shade but they were misleading about their product, and "I'm going to report you to Amazon and have you removed!" THEN, and only then, they issued a full refund... It's a nice, well-made product (I would give it a 5 otherwise), and I do recommend highly based solely on the workmanship, but if you want it for a bedroom IT'S NOT BLACKOUT! They're actually pretty nice people considering, but not telling the truth in their description!Excellent quality shades and customer service. Clear communication regarding process and shipping times. I would buy more shades from this seller without hesitation if I ever have more windows that need covered!Great product!
